Lead Finder

The Lead Finder surfaces live listings that have photos but no video tour — exactly the properties worth pitching a fly-through to — then helps you qualify and contact them.

Searching

Pick a country, then search by suburb, city, postcode or a street address (each country shows hint examples, e.g. “Terrigal”, “2260” or “6 Karen Close, Lisarow” for Australia). Results list the listing’s photos, price, agent and how long it has been on the market. Saved searches refresh automatically each day, so new matching listings appear as leads without you re-searching.

Countries and data sources

Eight markets are backed by live listing feeds:

Australia — Domain API, or Realty-in-AU via RapidAPI
United States — Realtor via RapidAPI
Canada — Realtor.ca via RapidAPI
United Kingdom — Zoopla via RapidAPI
Spain, Italy, Portugal — Idealista via RapidAPI
United Arab Emirates — Bayut via RapidAPI

Live feeds use your own API keys, connected once in Settings → Providers (a single RapidAPI key covers the RapidAPI-backed feeds; Domain is a separate key for Australia). Without a key — or in any other country — searches return clearly-labelled demo data so you can explore the workflow, and the country picker marks unkeyed feeds as “not connected”. You can always render a fly-through for any property by pasting its listing URL or uploading photos, regardless of Lead Finder coverage.

AI analysis — 1 credit per listing

Analyse any lead and the AI scores it 0–100 on video-worthiness — price bracket, days on market, photo quality and the suburb’s profile — plus an urgency tag, a price estimate and the pitch angle most likely to land. Analysis is cached per lead, so re-opening it later doesn’t charge again. The estimate is an AI opinion to help you prioritise, not a property valuation.

Outreach drafting — 1 credit per draft

From any lead, Soarly drafts the pitch for you: an email, an SMS and a call script tailored to the listing and the free demo video you can attach. Each (re)draft charges one credit; failed drafts are refunded automatically.

Every lead has a “create fly-through” action that opens the wizard with the photos, floor plan, address overlays and recommended style already loaded — see Creating fly-throughs.
