Terms of Service
1. The service
Soarly provides AI-assisted tools for discovering real estate listings, analyzing them, generating outreach copy, and producing AI-generated fly-through videos from listing photography. You are responsible for how you use the outputs, including compliance with local real estate advertising rules.
2. AI outputs & price estimates
Lead scores, analyses and price estimates are AI-generated opinions derived from listing data. They are not valuations, appraisals or financial advice, may be inaccurate, and must not be presented to third parties as professional advice. Always verify material claims before relying on them.
3. Listing data
Listing data is sourced from the provider you connect (or bundled demo data). You must comply with the connected provider's terms of service, including display and retention requirements. Soarly does not claim ownership of third-party listing content.
4. Your content & videos
You retain all rights to photos you upload and videos you generate, subject to the rights of the underlying photography. You warrant you have permission to use uploaded imagery. We host generated videos so you can share them via public links you control.
5. Credits & billing
Subscriptions renew automatically and grant monthly credits. Credits from top-up packs do not expire while your account is active. Failed renders are automatically refunded. You can cancel any time via the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
6. Acceptable use
No scraping beyond your provider's terms, no spam, no misrepresentation of AI outputs as human-made professional advice, no unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform or providers.
7. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soarly is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost commissions or deals, arising from use of the service or reliance on AI outputs.
